Orchard Springs is located one half of a kilometer East of Gordon Rd. at 1469 KLO Rd. (Across from the Regional District).  Phase One will be the Southernmost building having access from Bothe Road, a quiet, local-traffic-only, no-through avenue.  There is an Orchard on the South, a field on the East and environmentally protected area on the West.

Three minutes North brings you to world class shopping at Orchard Park Shopping Mall.  Drive two minutes East for 18 holes at Mission Creek Golf Club and another three minutes takes you to Harvest Golf Club. Just three minutes South you will find the Capital News Centre with two NHL-size ice surfaces, two indoor playing fields, fitness centre and indoor running track, restaurant, and a leisure skating area

The neighbouring Aquatic Centre will include a 50-metre swimming pool to accommodate a variety of recreational activities and all aquatic sports, a large leisure water park including a wave pool, three water slides, a children’s play area and river run, as well as a major new fitness centre.

Three minutes West will bring you to Okanagan Lake and the trendy Pandosy District.  Kelowna’s downtown is just North of that.
